Cancellation Policy 

● Cancellations will be taken into consideration at any time before the delivery of the product, subject to certain restrictions.
● Cancellation will not be accepted for specific categories such as Same Day Delivery, Clearance Sale Items, and certain high-value electronics (e.g., LED TVs above 55”, ACs, refrigerators) once billed.
● If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
● If your product has shipped but not yet been delivered, please contact Customer Support immediately.
● If the product is delivered, cancellation is not allowed. However, replacement may be considered if there are valid defects.
● In case the product is delivered by courier and the customer refuses to accept the package, the 2-way shipping charge will be collected from the customer.

Return and Refund Policy
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you may receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Eagle Enterprises will always strive to assist you with a replacement or refund.

● The products sold by Eagle Enterprises can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of in-store purchase or from the delivery date of your online order.
● Return requests are accepted for reasons such as physical damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong product received.
● Used, damaged, or tampered items will be considered for return case by case, based on our inspection.
● All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice, packaging, and accessories.
● Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
